coaching

A.D. Screen Coaching recognizes the following types of individuals or couples, who require specialized skills and strategies for effective relationship coaching so they attain relationship success:

  • SINGLE Someone who:

       1) is actively seeking a companion and in between relationships

       2) is recovering from loss and not ready for a relationship

       3) wants a relationship but is unable to find one and gives up

       4) does not simply have the time due to career, school, children,

           etc.

  • DATING COUPLES Individuals who self-identifies as “single,” but have continuous, non-restrictive relationships. “Friends with benefits,” “it’s complicated,” or “no strings attached” are common ways of describing these couples. These couples see the purpose of their relationship as fun and entertaining. Dating couples seek coaching when one or both of them are interested in taking their relationship to the next level.

  • COMMITTED COUPLES Both individuals have decided to be in an exclusive relationship. These couples often desire commitment and are testing their relationship for long-term compatibility. Pre-committed couples often seek coaching when they encounter a “deal-breaker,” which may prevent their ability to enter into a committed relationship without sacrificing something important (e.g., career, children).

Coaching sessions vary in length contingent on your goals and desires, but can range from 1 to 12 months. Subsequent to reaching your goals, you can retain coaching services for intermittent relationship guidance or start another session of coaching based on future goals. The quality of your relationship is only limited by your commitment to excellence.

  • PRE-MARTIAL COUPLES Both partners have decided to become committed, but have not formalized their commitment (i.e., marriage, commitment ceremony, etc.). Many seek coaching to obtain the skills and practices needed for relationship success.

  • MARRIED COUPLES These couples are married and occasionally bring up divorce in response to difficulties, which results in a less-than-committed attitude. This can be a cause of confusion, anxiety, and conflict. These couples get coaching because they desire to find a way to successfully solve problems.

  • BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP Productive, effective businesses require productive, effective relationships. Business relationship coaching includes workplace relationships such as manager to employee, peer to peer, between corporate divisions, between departments, between teams, as well as customer and vendor relationships. Business relationship coaching is not industry specific. It may include, but not limited to: healthcare, sports, law, restaurants, real estate, equity partnerships, ministry, nonprofits.
